Complete the IEP -Individual Educational Program and communication book of each client under my care.
Day Program- Specializing in support for People with Alzheimer’s Disease. If assigned in the senior daycare welcome with happy face, begin sign -up greeting everyone to remember their names, because some left their names at home they forget, so we all help to rewind their memory. Sharing important news, serve snacks, lunch, assist in their medication, rest, nap, walk to the restroom. Some of the activities are heated therapeutic pool. Park with picnic areas and miniature golf, visit shopping mall
tourist attraction and other areas of interest. Music arts and crafts, dancing and gardening Clean-up, writing the report. We see to it this will be the special day so they will come back to the center.
