Learned ingredients for different animal food recipes. Operated sitting and standing forklift to bring ingredients from inventory to batching station. Carefully weighed the accurate amount of ingredients into batch,bags weighed over 50 pounds and had add into batches. Used computer to submit hand added ingredients and finished batches. Move finished batches to dumping station, some where rolled on wheels other used pallet and forklift transportion. Batches would come out over 1000 pounds at a time. Used computer and dumper simultaneously to ensure batches were being dumped on time when asked for. Used air compression for cleaning dust and excess material on floor, cleaned cobwebs and dust on roof and pipeline useing a skyjack and extend duster. Helped outside with yard dogs unloading trailers into pit 1 and pit 2.

I used to be in rehang, then after a year I became a back up lead for my department. Learned how to use and operate pallet jack.
Separated the anatomy of chicken such as gizzard, liver, and hearts, helped packaging floor store away finished product. Cleaned out any dirty machinery and made sure everything was sterile for food production. As back up lead my duty included to substitute worker when they needed a break. When employees need new PPE they would come to me and I would grab them new items fulfilling there request . Handed out checks every Friday to workers in my department. Called in when machinery wasn't working at its fullest. When line would over fill I would dump product into bin then moves into freezer as the line cleared up I would grab bin from freezer and moved to dumper and dump product back on line ensuring everyday out departments number stayed close to 100%. Used walky talkie to communicate to other leads and supervisor in other departments. Was asked to help a different department live hang I started coming in earlier and help putting alive chicken onto shackles so they can continue the process of the plant. Also helped department Costco using packages when low on workers. Removed any birds with bruising or leftover feathers to ensure General Labor, Department Rotator

Filled bins with garlic powder,onion powder, chilie power, then moved with specific rolling techniques onto pallets ensuring the tags faced corners of pallet able to see what number they are. Write down time and how many bins were done during shift then when shift ended submitted in paper to records. Worked into hot environments over 100 degrees. Most worked was physical, alot of assembling barrels with lids and moving them accordingly. Always made sure line had barrels to be filled constantly fed machine. When product was wet moved said product to dry machine. Multiple barrels will be filling up simultaneously so multitasking was a key skill set to have. QC inspection would pass.
