Interact with users via TSO/ ISPF sessions and Microsoft Outlook email, monitor the Virtual Tape Library server, record and check disk usage for disk drive status. Create and maintain daily event turnover logs to ensure all production has completed and all special requests have been completed. Perform IPL shutdown for routine maintenance.
Maintaining Windows Microsoft Office applications: 2007/2010 WORD, EXCEL and ACCESS. Review errors and problems that occur and take action to correct and document in a trouble ticketing system.
