ABOUT ME
I am a university professional in Veterinary
Sciences and during my career, as Manager of
different Thoroughbred Racehorse breeding
projects in Venezuela, I coordinated and
supervised all civil constructions for different
activities typical of a farm and now again, I
have dedicated the last 6 years directing and
supervising, everything related to
construction, recovery and remodeling
projects of different types of real estate
properties, always willing to learn, and very
professional in my performance.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Experience as operator and management
control in the different activities of
construction, rehabilitation and
renovation of private and public
properties, during the last 6 years.
Experience in the supervision and
control of the use of construction
machinery and equipment. Hiring of
subcontractors, engineering and
architectural plans with which I usually
work.

management of construction materials.
Experience in the different cities, where I
have worked, in the processing of
permits of all kinds, observation and
compliance with the building codes of
each city requesting and attending all
inspections.
