• As the Labor Foreman I oversaw a labor crew and spill containment crew

• Lead a crew responsible for site digging, pumping water, escorting trucks, cleaning.

In the all the years that I have been working construction, I try to bring out the best in people. To see their potential in what they can do and work on that so that they can be successful in what they want to become. I try to get to know the team I’m working with and them to know me, I’m not one to sit behind my desk, I like to work with the team so I can get a better working relationship with them and I’m there if they need something. I have worked with a lot of vendors over the years and share a mutual respect with them. Managers have to be able work with everyone it's not “I” we work as a TEAM to accomplish our goals, safety first always and everything will fall into place to have a successful project. I am experienced with SAP, GSAP, WINTERGRADE, IPMS, METADATA, and was a trainer and operator on all types of forklifts. Leadership
As a lead in our Community Emergency Response Team, I try to lead by example in doing what's right and safely. If someone on the team has a safer way of doing it, we listen as a team.
