Supervisor: Martin Hayes, Manager Operations
Organization: Central, Services, Operations Texas
Location: TX - Midland
Compensation: $24.00 per hour paid weekly ($49, 920.00 annualized). You will be eligible to receive overtime according to state and federal guidelines. Cell Phone: You will be expected to use your personal phone for company use and will receive $50 a month per company policy.
Status: Full-time nonexempt (hourly) employee
Paid Time Off: 15 days paid time off (prorated, based on hire date in accordance with the company’s PTO policy).
Benefits: On the first of the month following your hire date you are eligible to participate in Synagro’s employee benefit plans according to the eligibility requirements, terms, and conditions of each program. You must enroll in specific benefit programs within 30 days of your hire date. You are eligible to participate in the 401k plan immediately. You will be automatically enrolled at a 1% deferral rate, within your first 60 days of employment, unless you elect a different contribution rate or opt out of the plan.

**Should results and/or testing be delayed due to the Coronavirus employee can start under a probationary period. Should new employee fail or not meet the standard when testing and/or information is obtained, new employees’ status with Synagro will be reevaluated. This letter supersedes any and all prior statements, representations and promises regarding your employment and may only be modified in writing, signed by you and an authorized representative of Human Resources.
Upon your acceptance, please sign, date and return a copy of this employment offer letter to me. If acknowledgment of acceptance is not returned within three business days of receipt, this offer may be rescinded.
