Career I have been in the Grocery industry for 32 years. Most people know me by my nickname (AKA) CJ. I have worn many hats. But for the last 22 years I have been running the warehouse. I load and unload trucks daily. I am in charge of all the product coming and going in the store. Also I oversee the inventories including the center store twice a year and perishable departments every month. I make sure all products are billed and paid correctly and in a timely manner. I reconcile the books every week. I prepare all products to be sent to the reclamation center for credit. Running a warehouse can be very physical, but I enjoy the physical part of my job. I keep a safe, clean and organized warehouse. I have product knowledge for every vendor within the store. I am the trainer of all power equipment at the store level. This includes forklift gas or electric, powered pallet jacks and manual pallet jacks. I am also good at repairing them and I maintenance all power equipment monthly. I have been requested over the years by many different managers to help with Remodels, Grandopenings, and special projects. As a ICC/ Warehouse Trainer I have traveled for the company to the east coast to convert stores to a new in house system. Core Strengths

I have completed 2 management training courses ELMT and CAP. I have been selected as associate of the month 3 different times and associate of the year once.

I have done many different jobs in the 32 years with Albertsons. They have been a good company to work for. I have decided to pull my pension and end this career to start my second one.
