Recruited to form a new division for the market introduction and service of a new product line for HP Piping Solutions and prepare the company for acquisition.

Developed organization to design, manufacture and sell specialized Automated HPU’s audited under API license, open source software SCADA compatible to achieve SMART system functionality

Developed and executed strategies to drive new business revenue for a designer and manufacturer of control systems including Monitoring technology, support pumps, valves and expendable components . Held concurrent responsibility for improving service organization to maximize customer satisfaction and retention for products in API 16D, 16C and 6A classifications.

Led the sales and customer service teams to aggressively pursue their projected targets, increase revenue per service call, and boost annual revenue from $18M to $26M.

Managed the global operations of this engineering, manufacturing and service organization promoted from Rotating Equipment Group serving the Oil & Gas Industry, marine and Nuclear industries. Held full P&L accountability for company’s nine locations delivering Cranes and Mechanical Handling Equipment.

Presided over growth from $40M to $170M through organic growth and strategic acquisitions resulting in a 100% increase in market capitalization and penetration of Canadian and S. American markets.

Implemented a turnaround strategy for the UK business unit resulting in an increase in EBITDA from a $10M loss to $1M in 18 months.

Implemented a continuous improvement processes in plants in the U.S. and UK improving project execution and financial performance.
