Responsible for face-to-face client service; meeting client expectations while following operation standards of company.

Accountable for schedule workload via phone calls with clients that best accommodate the client’s schedule. Workload was always schedule a week in advance to insure all materials and products were at warehouse for pick up.

Coordinated with warehouse suppliers on materials and products for scheduled jobs. Insured warehouse received supply orders prior to daily jobs to insure products would be ready for pick up.

Interacted with Sears, the appliance supplier, directly for pick up.
