Responsible for training all drivers for safety per FedEx standards. Also responsible to be on site for any accidents that occurred. During those times I would do breakdowns and reporting of driver injuries. I was also a business contact for FedEx where I investigated any misdelivered or non delivered packages. Also responsible for the overseeing of route redirections if an employee called out or any special timed deliveries.
