● Recommends promotion or reassignment of employees; develops performance standards and makes formal appraisals of their work performance; counsels employees on performance, recommends awards; recommends disciplinary actions. Schedules and approves leave/vacation, determines training needs, and maintains production reports and records. Sampling and testing reports and documentation; Investigating accidents.
