●Provide inventory and inspection reports to management as requested

●Apply refinish coating using approved and properly set High Volume Low Pressure (HVLP) sprayer

●Responsible for all painting including; vending machines, antique automobiles, and other heavy machinery. Perform equipment maintenance on spray guns, compressors, and sand blast booths

●Smoothes surface with sandpaper and steel wool. Roughens aluminum surfaces with acid solution and steel wool to ensure that paint adheres to surface and provides corrosion control methods.

●Perform routine and non-routine troubleshooting/problem identification and resolution

●Removes old paint using liquid paint remover and scraper or plastic/sand media blasting techniques

●Coats surfaces of contract units with primer, paint, lacquer, epoxy, resin or other material, using brushes, rollers, spray guns and other devices
