Intervention Commitment Pledge

I have participated in the PSC Group Training Session about INTERVENTION. I understand our company’s expectation that I am willing to intervene on a co-worker if I see them put themselves in harms way or doing anything that is against PSC procedures or normal work practices. Furthermore, I am giving permission to co-workers to intervene on me. I will wear a “Tell Me” hard hat sticker to act as a reminder of this training and let others know that I have made this commitment.
