●Review referrals and records, perform and document initial assessments and determine appropriate treatment course and plan of care for individuals along the entire age spectrum, including soon after birth. Common diagnoses include: TBI, CVA, physical deconditioning, multiple sclerosis, muscular dystrophy, spinal cord injury, cerebral palsy, down syndrome, spina bifida, congenital abnormalities, autism, sensory integrative dysfunction, and other neuromuscular disorders affecting developmental delay and client independence.

●Completing OT screenings and follow up care for pediatrics ages 0-21 covered by CCS with a team centered approach. Common diagnoses include: Juvenile Rheumatoid Arthritis, Systemic Lupus, Dermatomyositis, Ankylosing Spondylitis and Scleroderma.
