Work History:
Upon graduation, worked in the family wholesale nursery business. We
Owned Bloodgood Nurseries, the oldest continuously operating nursery in
the country. I worked in the wholesale operation, and in care and propagat-
ion, as well as retail garden center operations.I have continued to work, on
and off, over the years, in the garden center business.
In 1966, embarked on a career as a professional drag racer, running my own
nitro funny cars, through 1976.
Partnered with my father, to run an automotive repair shop, 1972 to 1978.
Worked for various auto repair enterprises, from 1978 through 1984.
Worked in sales, for Allen Testproducts, a manufacturer of automotive
diagnostic equipment;1980.
Moved to Florida, in 1984.
Worked for Bruce King/Ed Morse Chevrolet 1985-1992.
Worked for J&H Automotive,1992 to 1996.
During that period, my primary job was in driveability and emissions
diagnosis and repair.
Worked for Dennis Fronrath Chevrolet, 1996 to’98
Worked for Schumacher Automotive, 1998-99.
Worked for General GMC Trucks, 1999-2008
ASE certification, A-1,A-8,L-1.
Numerous General Motors certifications, accumulated over my years with
GM dealer.
Moved to Columbus, Ga, Sept. 2013
Worked at Home Depot, Nov 2014-Nov 2018 as Garden center Assoc.
Presently employed at AutoZone, as delivery driver/counter sales, since Feb. 1, 2019
Have been a lifelong participant and sports fan.
Long time avid golfer.
Recently published my first book.
