● Trained and supervised the internal project management team in creating workflows to produce deliverable timed text media files for streaming services, broadcast TV, and theatrical film, including Netflix, Disney, Amazon, Hulu, Viacom, Paramount, and NBC.

● Managed and assigned internal and freelance team members for file creation and quality control in multiple languages.

● Worked with Client Services to ensure timely supply chain deliverables of simultaneous projects, often with extremely tight turnarounds.

● Liaison with the company’s West Coast office, coordinating projects for new clients.

● Led the company in understanding the Ooona project management and localization toolkit platform. Trained internal and freelance team members. Encoded and uploaded proxies to Ooona.

● My suggestions for toolkit upgrades to the Ooona team were implemented and resulted in faster workflows and increased productivity.

● The 2022 CMA Awards - Created a time-sensitive same-day workflow for Viacom for the live 3-hour 2022 CMA Awards. The show started at 8 pm EST; at commercial breaks, we were sent proxies of each finished 15-20 minute segment that needed to be transcribed, originated, and delivered as timed-text files within two hours of the show’s ending time and coordinated with our freelancers over multiple time zones in the USA, Canada, India, Argentina, and Portugal to get it done.
