Beverage Manager – Vaqueros Café and Cantina (Austin, TX), 2024 Hired to diagnosis and fix a struggling beverage program. Identified weaknesses in the program and rewrote the beverage menu for both store locations to give high quality cocktails while offering opportunities for salesmanship. Taught weekly LBW classes for the staff to increase sales. Brought the bar cost down from 24% to a consistent 15%.
