I know exactly why I don't like to leave anyone out is because I made strawberry/banana smoothies for my daughter's class for Valentines day and their were two students that didn't get a smoothly because they were allergic to strawberries and I didn't know before I brought smoothies. So I felt terrible about them being left out. So when I made cupcakes for Emily's birthday treat. I made enough strawberry shortcake cupcakes for the ones who could have them and made two chocolate cupcakes for them so that they weren't left out. Because no child is left behind or left out.
