I made sure that my porters were perfoming there duties to the best of there abilities and on a timely basis which consisted of sweeping and mopping the main lobby, community room, mailroom, bathrooms, laundry room, stairwells, floors 1 through 12 and leasing offices. Sweeping and mopping the main lobby the rental office and its kitchen. I was in charge of vacuuming floors 1 through 7 every other day. Had to clear out boxes from each compactor room plus sweep and mop it everyday. Stairwells had to be cleaned twice a week and all bathrooms swept, mopped and wiped down everyday. Elevators swept and mopped everyday and three times a month polish both of them. I had to sweep and clear out the trash in the gym plus dust off the gym equipment. Trash had to be taken out on a daily basis and I had to make sure that the main entrance was always trash free especially the front of the building. Responsible for cleaning out each apartment that a tenant has moved out of including at times removal of bulk.
