POSITION: ENUMERATOR (2006)
ORGANIZATION: NATIONAL POPULATION COMMISSION, CALABAR My role sees me preside over a unit of 5 personnel, who’s primary aim was to go into the field, collate data on head count amongst household in Calabar south local govt of cross river state, and also sensitize them on why the data is been collated.
KEY ACCOMPLISHMENTS:
• Spearheaded my unit to proper and accurate data collation.
• Ensured a good inter personal relationship rapport between unit members and households, with regards to resistance coming from the areas which was prone to violence.
• Managed properly the “street urchins” who prior to that time wouldn’t allow access to any staff NPC during sensitization and pre-enumeration exercise
• Improved response time to questions raised during head counts, thereby, forging a personalized touch with households.
• Minimally reduce customer dissatisfaction by ensuring a more effective customer complaint resolution.
• Significantly improved the perception of households, with regards to how the see govt officials going forward

ORGANIZATION: GOD’S HERITAGE CHRISTIAN CENTRE, CALABAR I served as the Principal Head with supervision over three (3) sound engineers, one (1) still photography, and four (4) cameramen with two (2) interns. My position saw me function as the head and lead in all multimedia activities of the church. This role directly put me in charge of all coverings of the church related activities in and outside the church. As part of my assigned duties, coming after constant display of competence and aptness for decision making, I was charged with providing step down trainings to prospective interns who wanted to join the unit.
DUTIES:
• Content developer and Editor for “God’s heritage” social media handles.
• Writing and editing all official reports, letters, proposals, project plans, correspondences, etc. That has to do with the multimedia activities of the church.
• Going through the final takes of all video and picture coverage production.
• In charge of step down training and advancing the proficiencies of new interns.
• In charge of developing branding ideas and proper strategies to increase brand visibility of the church. KEY ACCOMPLISHMENTS:
• Ensured a 50% saving on overhead cost in the first 1year and months of resumption, by reducing unit redundancy through role sharing and hiring at absolute necessity, while suing for the church to properly own or purchase their multimedia apparels.
• Rebranded the social media handles and updates on different platforms of the church social media pages.

POSITION: STATE ASSISTANT SURPERVISOR, OBUDU LG, CROSS RIVER STATE ORGANIZATION: USAID (UNITED STATES ACTION FOR INTERNATIONAL DEVELOPMENT) DUTIES:

• Develop and apply definite strategies for success and achievement of set goals.
