At dura bar metal services I was in charge of all building and machine maintenance and repair. In my time there at this position I repaired, rebuilt and maintained 3 overhead cranes, 2 amada saws HA250 and “250” W, 2 Horizontal HEM, 1 HEM plate saw, 2 laidlaw plate saws (JM30), 2 do all horizontal saws, 1 behringer horizontal saw, 3 cincinnati mills and 1 gisholt lathe. I Also repaired and maintained all forklifts, Air banders, High bay lights, installed an upgraded air compressor system and rebuilt and put back into service several saws and mills that had not been working when they were sent to us. I also did a lot of electrical work with 3 phase 600v electric and down(480,220,110 etc.) Along with this maintenance I was also in charge of the operation of production of any machine in the plant if someone was sick or on vacation, I also worked hand in hand with several outside speciality techs, (Leer, Motor Technology, etc.) on repairs or upgrades to machines and building.
