I had to pick orders any quick and safe manner from bibs which are sodas for restaurants they could be pretty heavy I would lift two of them no problem at a time have to hit your quota which was about 20 pallets per hour I I loaded and unloaded trucks using the slip maneuver on a sit down forklift I would also use the Pacer which is a stand-up forklift and cherry picker as well how to make sure my harness was safe and all my PPE on point used the regular VMA scanner and I'm also familiar with regular handheld scanner Forklift Operator
