My position was to a positive role model to the children around me. To ensure they enjoyed their time after school, they were helped with anything, and treat them with respect. I believe I motivated those children to be more positive and love one another. I didn’t gain any money from this event but I loved working with this organization. Transitioning into media roles, providing analysis, reporting on sports events, leveraging my firsthand knowledge and understanding the athletic world from the “other side” considering I played college sports.
