2016-2022, Lead UNIX Engineer, Fifth Third Bank
- Worked with one other engineer to design and setup a Redhat environment for 5/3rd Bank.
- Setup a process to build and manage virtual servers in vShpere and migrate applications from AIX.
- Migrated over 2000 servers in six years.
- Setup the OS patching solution utilizing Satellite 6 and wrote a custom automation .bash script (ALPS) eventually migrating to an Ansible Playbook.
- Worked with Security Team to ID and patch vulnerabilities before they put the bank at risk utilizing Archer and Qualys Scans.
- Utilized DynaTrace, PCP, and VTurbo for performance monitoring and troubleshooting.
