Set up, directed and grew a Regenerative Medicine Practice for a relocated physician within the MLHS. Marketed physician practice via Medical/Surgical Grand Rounds, Family Medicine Ground Rounds and aggressive service line campaigns. Greater than 80% patient conversion rate from referral/leads over a five year growth period. Assisted in the development of policies, procedures and protocols for Stem Cell, platelet rich plasma therapy (PRP) and prolotherapy. Developed core team who followed regenerative education and embraced new regenerative technologies. Stayed abreast of the regulations and parameters of the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA), CMS and all Tissue Engineering restrictions for various regenerative techniques.
