Set up, directed and grew a Regenerative Medicine Practice for a relocated physician within the MLHS. Marketed physician practice via Medical/Surgical Grand Rounds, Family Medicine Ground Rounds and aggressive service line campaigns. Greater than 80% patient conversion rate from referral/leads over a five year growth period. Assisted in the development of policies, procedures and protocols for Stem Cell, platelet rich plasma therapy (PRP) and prolotherapy.
