● Ensured that the project spend are within 90% of the forecast by the Consultants SNC Lavlin and KCB
● Coordinated with companies like WSP,ENGLOBE in providing QA and resident engineering support in line with the site requirements.
● Involved in initiating board papers for annual spend and following up on the approval by Upper management.
● Currently supporting the engineering in organizing GPAC deliverables for commissioning of Project Facilities, starting august 2024
● Involved in conducting EGBC mock audits, in preparation of the upcoming EGBC audit of BCH
