Position: Senior Process Operator

Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor LP separators with combined capacity of 40000 barrels per Day.

Operate and monitor HP gas separators used for gas-lifting operations.

Monitor and operate Export pumps and Oil Storage Tanks (OST).

Ensure the Wellheads-Manifold pressure and shutdown valves are in good condition.

Operate and monitor water Injection pumps and Produced water pumps.

Ensure De-emulsifier dosing pump is in good working condition.

Conduct period Sampling analysis of LP Separator Oil and water streams.

Monitor production levels and adjust equipment settings to optimize output.

Conduct regular inspections on equipment to prevent downtime and ensure compliance with safety regulations

Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and implement solutions

EngeePET Manufacturing Company Nigeria Limited (Yokogawa Centum VP Operations) Position: Process Engineer

Responsibilities:

Daily running of SSP plant, with combined capacity of 450TPD.

Ensuring zero downtime and high productivity for areas including raw materials unloading conveying and production process.

Independent handling of Plant startup and shutdown activities.

Coordinating with Engineering services, utility, QA/QC and finished good packaging.

Plant monitoring and control, Equipment’s maintenance and plant overall maintenance.

Ensure the plant energy and utilities consumptions are within the plant KPI set points.

Coordinate the raw material and store department to ensure steady charging in of raw materials into the Silos.

Generate daily production report DPR, Coordinate monthly stock balancing and transmit to production Head.

Handling shift as shift-in-charge and Generate daily production report

Pre-commissioning, Commissioning and Startup of Liquid Oxygen and Nitrogen plant with total capacity of 120TPD.

Gas Liquefaction, stored in cryogenic tanks (cryogenic processing via Siemens DCS Operations)

Organizing and motivating a project team

Scheduling periodic equipment’s maintenance.

Enforcement of Total Productive Maintenance TPM in the department.

DCS Operations (troubleshooting and calibration of pneumatic controlled valves)

Ensure adequate supply of oxygen and nitrogen to the SMS department at the appropriate pressure and flow rate.

Run cryogenic pumps as a back-up supply of nitrogen and oxygen to the induction furnace and AOD departments.

Run and monitor the working conditions of centrifugal and reciprocating compressors, vaporizers, cryogenic storage tanks, buffer tanks, pressure regulating section (PRS) and gaseous storage tanks.
