EXPERIENCE STATEMENT I am a highly motivated and experienced Architect with over 19 years of expertise encompassing various project types, including residential, hospitality, commercial, industrial, and oil and gas facilities. For the past ten years, I have focused on successfully delivering ARAMCO GES+ and LSTK projects from greenfield to brownfield developments. I have extensive experience in hazardous chemicals storage warehouse projects and security-related projects. In September 2019, ATKINS Global seconded me to be part of its specialist team for the design review and assessment of the unfinished construction of the high-rise buildings in the King Abdullah Financial District (KAFT) in Riyadh. I have successfully delivered my role, resolving numerous building codes and standard violations found in the existing buildings and obtaining the permit to proceed with the construction.
