I am an electrical engineer worked with Project management engineering consultancy services as well as with Contractors and having more than 20 years of overall experiences in multi sectors responsible for design review and Construction Supervsion of infrastructure projects for Light Rail Transit (LRT), Dedicated Freight Corridor (DFCC), Residential & Commercial Buildings, Hospitals, Stadium and Road & Highways. 1.Working with SMEC International Pty (20 April 2019 to 30 June 2023). Project Name : Supervision Consultancy Service on the Construction of Light Rail Transit (LRT) an Integrated Areas of Jakarta, Bogor, Depok and Bekasi
Client : Working Unit of Development, Improvement and Maintenance of Railways Infrastructure, Directorate of Railways Infrastructure, Directorate General of Railways, Ministry Designation : General Electrical Expert for Building & Power Distribution.
Responsibilities : Design reviewer and construction supervsion of MEP system for 17 elevated LRT station buildings, Depot buildings like OCC & Stabling building, light maintenance building and heavy maintenance building, 22 Traction power Substation buildings along with 43.5 km of viaduct of LRT. Earthing, Bonding & Lightning protection system of station buildings, Traction substation building as well as viaduct and Depo buildings. Designation : Sr. Electrical engineer.
Responsibilities : Design reviewer and site supervision for proposed stations & substations, overhead catenary system, staff quarters, ELB (earthling, bonding & lighting protection) and surrounding street lighting. Review and acceptance of design, method statement, operation and manual, calculations, materials submittals, all utilities. Regular site visits, inspections, co-ordination with multidisciplinary, attending design/ co-ordination meetings.
(b)Project Name : Construction of ESIC Medical College Basaidarapur New Delhi (Project input duration: 13-06-11 to 30-10-2012).
Project Cost : INR 695 Crore. (104.46 m $ dollar)
Client : ESIC (Employees state insurance corporation) Designation : Quality Auditor (Electrical).
Responsibilities : Consultancy services for quality audit work of internal & external electric works, HVAC, Fire alarm, Firefighting, Public address system, and medical gas system in ESIC hospitals, Dispensaries, Office and Housing facilities for staff. Site supervision of internal electrical wiring, instillation testing commissioning of transformers up to 2500 KVA capacity, capacitor banks, 33 KV HT panels, LT panels, feeder pillars, HT cables, LT cables, and 2000 KVA DG set. Also Preparation of monthly reports for all activities.
(c)Project name : Design construction finance operation and maintenance of Narketpally – Addanki Road (sh-2) from 0+000 to 212+500 in the state of Andhra Pradesh under public private partnership (PPP) on Build Operate and Transfer (BOT) basis (Project input from Dec 2012 to Feb 2017).
Project cost : INR 2000 Crore (300.62 m $ dollar)
Client : Andhra Pradesh Road Development Corporation.
Designation : Independent Electrical Engineer.
Responsibilities : Handling all sorts of design reviews for Toll Plaza lighting, Highway lighting, street lighting and site supervision for all electrical activity works.
(d)Project Name : Rehabilitation, Strengthening and four Laning of Jammu- Udhampur Section from Km.15 to Km. 67 on NH1A on BOT (Annuity) basis on DBFOT pattern, in State of Jammu & Kashmir (Project input from Nov 2012 to May 2015).

Responsibilities : Handling all sorts of design reviews and site supervision for Toll Plaza lighting, Tunnel lighting (containing eight tubes – each tunnel having 500M length approx.) Highway lighting, Truck lay by lighting, Underpass lighting, Pedestrian lighting.
(e)Project Name : South Asia Tourism Infrastructure Development Project, Sikkim (Project input from June 2014 to Feb 2017).

(a)Project Name : Jawaharlal Nehru weight Lifting Stadium.

Distributing the documents to subcontractors as per requirements and follow up with them for quotation.
Study the quotations and confirm inclusion & exclusion as per the scope of work.
Making comparative statement, Negotiation & finalization with the subcontractors.
Follow up for the pre-qualification approval of subcontractors from the consultant.
Making of subcontract agreement, discussion & finalization with the subcontractors.
Co-ordination between the Consultant and subcontractors for all material & shop drawing approvals.
Collecting quotations for materials and forwarding to purchase dept. after finalizing to make L.P.O.
Consult with the Consultant in case any variation from the subcontractor at the time of execution.
Compare the BOQ and actual material used and make claims in case of any variation in the re measurable contract.
Monthly preparation of bills based on subcontractor invoice, progress of works and BOQ for all electromechanical works and forward to consultant for approval.
Making of Sub- Contractors bill and forwarding the same to Accounts dept.
Coordinate with subcontractor & govt. authority for the final inspection of services and getting permanent connections and handing over the project.
Coordination with the subcontractors for As Built Drawings, O&M manuals and Guarantees for submitting to consultant.
Co-ordination for Maintenance of completed Projects under maintenance period. Design reviews as well as site supervision for proposed station building as per contract agreement & approved drawings.
(b)Project Name : Re Development of Netaji Nagar (Part-1) & Moti Bagh (East), New Delhi. Construction of 304 Type VI Houses and 99 No’s- for NDMC at Netaji Nagar, New Delh.

Client : National Building Construction Corporation Limited (NBCC).
