PROFESSIONAL WORK EXPERIENCE

Supervise Work Crews 1O+ people while holding the responsibility of conducting all Safety Meetings, Audits, Production Reports and reporting to company stake holders and account managers Own all the scheduling, recordkeeping, estimation, time sheets, and project ISO's. Daily collaboration with superintendents, estimators, and other project team members in pre-construction efforts to define the scope of work, construction sequence and construction schedules. Participate with the Sales Representatives and Branch Manager in the preparation, approval/execution of the Purchase/Rental agreement with the client.

Submit engineering requests and set-up jobs with internal team members while also managing the engineering process from concept to completion and provide direction on solutions. Responsible on present preliminary designs to clients and communicating revisions to engineering projects. Service current clients and responds to needs/requirements and technical advice. Ensure conformity of our work with the scope in the purchase/rental agreement. Supervise the initial assembly of equipment on projects, as required.

Manage change orders and scope revisions: Work with Sales team and Branch Manager to price any scope changes and incorporate PO modifications accordingly. Ensure proper job site closeouts by educating clients on return procedures and bundling instructions.
