Started and developed a corporate flight department for a private oil and gas company. Provided rotary and fixed wing transportation in a Falcon 900 and AS 350B3e helicopter.

Project managed the implementation of night vision goggle program for daily operations. Interfaced with outside organizations and customers in developing safe operating standards and acted as a consultant on the development of safe helicopter landing areas.

Safety program manager for an organization of over 1200 employees. Responsible for writing and implementing all safety policies and manuals. All safety programs reviewed to ensure compliance with OSHA standards and all host nation standards.

Developed and rolled out safety related training for all levels of assigned organisation’s. Conducted safety audits internally and externally ensuring compliance with related standards.

Worked closely with higher level management and developed risk control measures for all levels of the organization.

Project managed the risk control management programme from measuring cost and effectiveness to ensure maximum impact within budget.

Subsequently rolled out management safety training across leadership community to ensure clear understanding of safety risk accountability and responsibility. Implemented safety awards and incentive programmes to recognise performance of individuals and organizations.

I utilised my project management skills in my role as president of the accident investigation board for all levels of accidents from lost time injuries to fatal aviation accidents. I performed these duties in locations such as Japan, Korea, Haiti, Saudi Arabia, Iraq and Afghanistan.

As an Army Aviator I performed a wide variety of missions to safely support the overall goals of the Army. These missions included medical evacuation, general utility support transporting people and supplies. I performed executive transportation including flights in support of the Vice President and President of the United States.

I was responsible for the daily maintenance on assigned equipment. Performing scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on a Boeing-Vertol BV-234 helicopter.
