• Mauna Lani Resort: Fire Sprinkler System & Communal areas remodel, The project was shelved until further notice, we moved back to the States to start another project. - Kona Air Traffic Control Tower / Base Building: ATCT Big Island, HI. 40 mil. 120ft. tall Tower with 15” thick CIP walls in a decagon shape, blast resistant doors and windows, built on/in a solid lava field site.
- Keola La’I Tower: 44-story Residence Condominium. Oahu, HI. 136 mil. The tower structure is a post-tensioned slab with a window wall system consisting of 500,000 sq. /ft. Residential living area, 10,000 sq. /ft. of retail space with 5 levels of parking.
- Ritz Carlton Resort: Club and Residences, at Kapalua Bay Maui, HI. 379 mil. 84 residential 62 timeshare units, CIP wall’s post-tension structures, with a amenities building, including a European-style spa, beach club building, ocean bars, pools, water features with below-grade parking, encompassing over a 20-acre site. - Hapuna Prince Resort - 24 New Residences, at Kauna’oa. Big Island HI. Owner/GC: OSC Development Inc. – Vail & Cordillera, Colorado. (1999 – 2004) General Contractor for a high-in custom home development company including a small import division, of Prefab and Cut to Size, granite, marble, and natural stone slabs for countertops, from our secondary business in South America. Managed the construction of three High-End Custom-Built homes, from conceptual design through, all architectural, engineering, and construction drawing requirements, for the completion of all the projects. Managed all financials including preparing monthly draws and processing all receivables/invoices.
- Quail Ridge - 10,000 sq. /ft. The Summit at Cordillera. Vail, CO.
