Sales Niche Development: At a time when business income from multi- family construction was down. I was able bring in new business clientele in the single family home construction industry. Within 4 months my employer was generating a steady income of $45,000-$55,000 per month from single family home construction.

Bottom-Line Contribution: Through value engineering on an over-budget commercial project saved over $3.6 million dollars on interior trim, flooring and accessories as well as over $2.3 million dollars on site amenities ensuring the customer’s satisfaction.

Time and Management skills: Implemented the use of construction computer software to manage document control and budgets, which in turn resulted in a savings of several hundreds of thousands of dollars in less than one year.

Budget and time schedules: As Project Manager for a large multi-family developer I was able to bring in all of my 11 jobs within or below their budgets and on schedule saving approximately $200,000.
