Worked as a server, bartender, and lastly a To-Go representative for Olive Garden. Upheld the standards of the company when it came to food handling and customer service towards the guests. Put together many large catering orders for hospitals, offices, schools, etc. Increased productivity, accuracy, and on-time service in the To-Go department by implementing a checklist foreach catering and carry-out order. As a bartender, I served on guests and made drinks for the restaurants guests, all while working in a high paced environment.

As a server at a fine dinning restaurant my responsibilities go beyond serving the guests and delivery exceptional customer service to better enhance their experience. These include having an extensive knowledge about the quality and types of meats. As well as an exceptional knowledge on the 100+ wines and “perfect-pairings” the restaurant carries. Being able to asses the guests preferences and needs and being able to make the right recommendations based on the knowledge we are trined with.

Being a bartender requires an outgoing and professional personality, where my assessing skills must always be sharp due to the fact that people are affected differently while under the influence. It is necessary to have an extensive knowledge in preparing alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks for the bar and its patrons. As well as being able to assess the customers needs and preferences and being able to make appropriate recommendations.
