North Carolina of Public Safety, Probation and Parole Officer (2004 – Current) Supervising defendants who are on probation and parole, as ordered by the Courts and the Parole Commission. Manage a caseload of up to 100 individuals. Responsible for monitoring program completion and compliance with Court judgments. Additional duties include completing intake documentation, follow-up narratives, conducting investigations, maintaining county-wide travel log documentation, conducting mandatory drug screens and searches, prepare and present Court reports, and participation in administrative hearings on parole violations.
