• B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the John Martinson Honors College.
• Participated in the Honors Program Study Abroad in Italy, focusing on interdisciplinary studies.
• GPA: 3.74 with Academic Honors.
EXPERIENCE
Perry’s Ice Cream (Manufacturing Intern) May 2024 – August 2025
• Optimized production processes using SMED and 5S techniques, achieving over $1M in annual savings.
• Collaborated with operators to identify and implement improvements, focusing on employee safety and user-friendly interfaces to increase efficiency.
• Implemented Power BI for data analysis, enhancing production and real-world engineering methodologies.
• Gained approval and overlooked the installation of a $60k dry-steam belt cleaner to improve hygiene. Aero Building Solutions (Commissioning Intern) May 2023 – April 2024
• Developed practical energy conservation strategies for clients using Excel and leveraged data-driven decisions to reduce energy usage, ultimately helping the environment and saving clients’ money.
• Communicated weekly with over five different clients regarding their energy consumption trends.
• Showed initiative by sending two project bids to clients worth over $60k outside my original scope. PROJECT WORK
• Fluids Open Laboratory – Projectile Aerodynamics: Designed and 3D printed a scaled American football and custom stand for wind tunnel testing. Built a motor controller for conducting experiments at various wind velocities. Calculated drag coefficient and analyzed the impact of spin on football stability.
• Solar-Powered Hydro Storage System: Evaluated build-site designs using ethics-driven reasoning. Coded an optimizer for the ideal bill of materials (BOM) based on cost, efficiency, fill time, and volume.
• Global Emergency Autonomous Response System (GEARS): Built a prototype vehicle for disaster response in a team of four. Developed Python code for active mapping, hazard identification and avoidance. CLUBS AND ACTIVITIES
• Purdue Cycling Club – Team Mechanic: Perform free bike repairs during club outings, enhancing mechanical systems proficiency and expanding basic tool knowledge.
• Purdue Astronomy Club: Contribute as a Teaching Assistant (TA) for the weekly Saturday Morning Astrophysics (SMAP) program since August 2022, facilitating educational engagement in astrophysics.
• Other Activities: Engage in outdoor pursuits such as snowboarding and hiking, with a SCUBA certification showcasing adventurous spirit and dedication.
