DaVita contract – Oversight of all building maintenance for 25 medical clinics throughout Arkansas.
Lowe’s contract – Oversight of all building maintenance for 9 stores in
Arkansas.
JCPenney contract – Oversight of all building maintenance for 9 stores in
Arkansas.
Responsibilities consisted of traveling the state in CBRE provided work
van responding to all work orders submitted through the FSElite,
FMPilot and Corrigo applications. Work orders included lighting/electrical, all
plumbing issues, carpentry/painting and HVAC repair. Work orders were
prioritized by most critical first. Would contact outside vendors for
assistance when needed.
Performed constant safety inspections by using SmartSheet application.
Performed scheduled preventative maintenance on all HVAC units by
cleaning coils, changing filters (monthly or quarterly), recording of supply
air temperature, refrigerant pressure testing (if necessary). Will replace
contactor if points are pitted and perform electrical wiring inspection.
Performed monitoring of the Building Maintenance System (BMS) by
HVAC controls through application.
General maintenance on backup generators such as Kohler and Generac
to ensure start during power outage.

Oversight of all building maintenance for nine JCPenney stores in
Arkansas and one store in Mississippi. Responsibilities consisted of HVAC
preventative maintenance and responding to work orders pertaining to
HVAC, electrical, lighting, plumbing and carpentry for all locations.
Maintained work vehicle and ensured its safety along with its contents.
CBRE took over the account from Prestige and I moved to CBRE at that
time. Responsibilities remained the same for all positions within CBRE.
