Role: Overseeing all project management and project controls functions for the Planning and

Scheduling of Pump Replacements and Rehabilitation Studies throughout the 220,000 bpd facility damaged through neglect and armed conflict. 220 Million Dollars

Project: Bell Labs Headquarters Redevelopment Plan – Holmdel, New Jersey

Client: Elsie Sterling Howard, LLC.

Role: Overall project management including planning, scheduling and development of a highest

and best use plan for the 2,000,000 square foot former lab facility. 120 Million Dollars

Project: Cameroon and Nicaragua Alluvial Mining projects

Client: New Frontier Resources, LLC.

Role: Led team in the planning and implementation of mining studies including mobilizing

equipment and personnel in both countries to begin mining operations which encompass more than 100 square kilometers of area in remote areas of both countries. 110 Million Dollars Combined Value

Project: Multiple Commercial, and Resort Developments Throughout the Philippines and Asia

Role: JV Vice President –Area Manager - Overseeing Project Management Office based in

Manila

Project: Shell Refinery Tabangao, Batangas, Philippines - 110,000 BPD addition which

enabled it to produce more middle distillates to augment the countries diesel fuel requirements.

Project: PCM for Kuwait Oil Company manage final repair and new construction of

petroleum facilities throughout the emirate

Role: Project Controls Manager based in Kuwait. Wrote and developed a specialized Oil

and Gas estimating data base using Timberline Software. Utilized Primavera Finest Hour Program. Then implemented and trained the KOC staff on its use for the follow Program Value exceeded 4 Billion Dollars
