I have over 30 years experience in construction the last 10 years as a construction project manager. I have managed more than 3 jobs at a time ranging from $200,000 to $2,000,000. Our projects were in re-modeling and re-furbish residential and commercial properties. 30 years in construction I have experience in different trades such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical, roofing, finish carpentry and flooring. The ability to coordinate trades, build partnerships and work collaboratively with architect, engineers, sub contactors and supply companies to ensure all project are completed in a timely manger.

Review all the blueprints and reports prior to construction and ensure all projects meet building code regulations.

Obtain all necessary bids and permits for all projects.

Set up all schedule construction projects and construction crews in 2-4 locations manage and schedule all sub-contractors, schedule all necessary inspections and communicate with city inspectors and state inspectors.

Communicate with architect and engineer in regarding different aspects of jobs.

Carry out daily inspections on all job site

Manage and scheduled all sub-contractors and their crews.

Train new hires regarding their duties and safety requirements for their new position.
