US ARMY 2001-2004

63H (Track Vehicle Mechanic)

Squad leader managed and trained 16 lower enlisted Soldiers to perform their jobs under extreme stress and physical danger for long periods of time. Provided Daily, Monthly and yearly counseling to individuals based on productivity, and physical fitness and career progression. Mentored and advised on personal as well as professional issues either in the United States or overseas. I was the NCOIC in charge of Hazardous waste disposal and had to deal with Federal and local guidelines to dispose and deal with waste.

Duties included: Career development and counseling, Physical fitness evolution before and after Basic Training, Job placement, Tracking the training pipeline from Enlistment of the New Solider until being trained and handed off to their Unit of assignment per their job.

Personally, Responsible for 360 Soldiers at different levels of training, while running an office comprised of two civilian contractors and three other military personal.
