An enthusiastic and passionate woman who needs to use managerial skills and knowledge in a practical environment. My career goal is to assume a role that allows me to take responsibility for both the implementation and transformation of communities in a just process. I am a full supporter of empowerment currently living in Kigali, Rwanda. I have a Bachelor’s degree in procurement & logistics management, and my primary focus and inspiration for my studies are negotiations, Leadership, and management while my professional focus is the conservation of the environment and marine ecosystem. I am both driven and self-motivated and eager to learn as I contribute to the participation of women and girls in the protection of Biodiversity and climate change. Work Experience

Programs Facilitator – Resonate (April 2020 up to date)

Prepares annual, quarterly, monthly, and weekly action plans.

Prepares ministry, Partner, and Funders reports.

Supports the development of the organization’s Strategic Plan and Department’s KPI.

Responsible for managing the relationship with all partners involved in specific projects.

Supports the assigned districts to organize an impactful Gender accountability Day.

In charge of monitoring and implementation of Resonate projects.

Manages a team of facilitators in the community, provinces, and districts like Gatsibo, Gakenke, and Kirehe and enumerators.

Creating safe spaces for teen mothers and poor women who are survivors of GBV and counseling.

Supports Rwanda RIB & Police to do a follow-up on malfeasance on teen mothers or women in the community in our projects and manage the partner relationship with them.

Develops a management plan, policies, and mitigation guidelines and awareness to the team about safeguarding and child protection policies.

Supports in updating Salesforce, and canvas material.

Maintains good use of project budget during implementation.

Delivers the needs assessment, does training, and follows up the assessment of participants.

Programs Director – Faraja Rwanda (Feb 2021 – Update)

Developing a comprehensive and long-term strategic plan for forest ecosystem restoration, including goals, objectives, priority areas, and a roadmap for achieving desired outcomes.

Overseeing implementation of restoration projects, ensuring effective execution, adherence to schedule and budget, and providing guidance and support to project teams.

Facilitating communication and collaboration among stakeholders, incorporating diverse perspectives and stakeholders' input into the restoration planning process.

Coordinating overall programmatic activities, working with departments, teams, and partners to ensure coordination, integration, and efficient use of resources.

Identifying funding sources, preparing grant proposals, managing budgets, and allocating resources to support restoration projects.

Managed the planning of conferences that we are involved in like the African Protected Areas Conference in Rwanda on behalf of the Network.

Ensured ADRRES activities of Radical and Progressive Terracing, planting bamboo on the riverbank, and planting agroforestry trees and panicum (40km) across 180 hectares went as planned

Worked with local communities and stakeholders to raise awareness of the importance of preserving natural resources
