During the period 1997-2004 as an Examiner with the US. Patent & Trademark Office in the Technical Center dealing with security related patent applications, I was the examiner of record for over 300 issued utility patents in classification categories of a) ships, surface and subsurface propulsion systems, submersible devices, torpedoes, torpedo launching systems, use of fluid dynamic force on hulls to derive lift or alter vessel trim, towing and pushing means, submarine air-bag launching apparatus, and steering mechanisms wheel controls using gyroscopic disks, b) earthmoving equipment including excavators, prime-mover engine control systems, engine braking/lost motion control valve systems, and c) medical examination equipment, brachiotherapy mechanisms, radio-isotopic invasive examination, pharmaceutical and biotechnology inventive concepts.
Since 2004 as a Registered Patent Agent of record for over 40 Non-Provisional Utility, Design and Provisional applications in a variety of arts, such as, general medical applications, cancer radiation therapy applications, surgical equipment art, nuclear facilities arts, electrical equipment art, electrical and mechanical apparatus, software inventions involving computer data management equipment art, electronic games, electronic equipment and a wide range of heavy equipment and earth moving equipment and US Navy underwater warfare inventions.
