Business Analyst, Inkcadre Technosoft Pvt. Ltd Jan 2020 - Jun 2022 Understand the client's Business Requirements & convert them into Solutions & define Business Requirement Documents (BRD).

Take the Discovery phase for a project to clarify the project vision, Identify Risks, set deliverables & project goals. Prepare Scope of Work Document with technical details & define Estimation efforts, WBS, and Timeline for a project. Coordinate with the Client and Sales team for pre-sales work & to convert the requirements into tangible projects/products. Prepare High-level architecture design for the solution with functional and non-functional requirements and Identify risks. Provide direct supervision of the Business analyst team members. which includes: recruitment, evaluations, and disciplinary actions. Act as a mentor and provide oversight, coaching, and training KSS to Business analyst team members.

Define project plan with Gannt chart, including milestones, release & sprint planning, Resource allocation, & delivery timeline.

Play a hands-on role in the Agile software development lifecycle by preparing UX designs, mockups & prototypes, User Stories, and UAT (User Acceptance criteria) with defined validation criteria.

Construct workflow charts & diagrams; study system capabilities and define server specifications.

Create & manage projects in QuickScrum. Plan releases and sprints, and prioritize user stories & epics. Keep backlog up-to-date for Agile development teams. Attend Daily Meet-ups/Standups with an Agile Dev. team to Review project work, define & clear the business & technical stuck points, and do project-retrospective meetings. Work closely with the Project Manager to create and maintain a product backlog according to business value. Test Built Release and give a Demo walkthrough to clients to get a Signoff

& UAT Feeback.

Understand the new CR (Change request) and define the same in the appropriate release plan. Deploy and Deliver the project to a client and take feedback for enhancement of the project
