The reason I am looking for another position elsewhere is that I am not actually given the opportunity to do this. I went into this being an STNA so that I could help and care for people that couldn't take care of themselves. I enjoy being in a long-term care facility because I like to be with the same people I like to take care of her the same people. I long for a facility where I am able to care for the people the way they deserve to be cared for.
