November 2021- Present

Cruise Director for a 5 Star Dining Yacht cruise line. Monitor scheduling, payroll and supervising all staff from the Captain to the Crew. Adhering to safety measure for safe food delivery practices and US Coast Guard regulations. Planning events, Weddings, Graduations, etc… to exceed the expectations of the client.

The Princess Martha – Saint Petersburg, FL

December 2019- November 2021

Food and Beverage Director- Oversee all food and beverage operations for a luxury retirement facility. Supervised, Staffed, trained, and implemented steps of service to meet the needs of the residents. Prepared budget and spenddown process for the dining department. Supervised a staff of seventy-six, provided fine dining training, and secondary level service skills. Analyzing social behaviors, matching suitable dining parties for each resident in the community. Perform case management documentation on social behavior and cognitive behavior in a social setting for all residents. Participated in an interdisciplinary team to evaluate, update and plan social living skills for residents.

Program Manager, managed a recovery house in St. Petersburg Florida. The house was designed to follow a 12-step program. Cultivated community resources in addiction counseling, case management, job development, and multiple other sources designed to assist the resident to maintain sobriety and self -sufficiency. Conducted individual and group therapy.

Vice President of a 501c-3 not for profit organization. Developed training programs for inner-city at-risk youth for the City of Detroit. Obtained a grant to perform educational services, linking students to obtain their GED, access a viable training program, access tutoring, and barrier removal and access supportive services to promote self-sufficiency.
