Supervised a staff of seventy-six, provided fine dining training, and secondary level service skills. Analyzing social behaviors, matching suitable dining parties for each resident in the community. Perform case management documentation on social behavior and cognitive behavior in a social setting for all residents. Participated in an interdisciplinary team to evaluate, update and plan social living skills for residents.

Program Manager, managed a recovery house in St. Petersburg Florida. The house was designed to follow a 12-step program. Cultivated community resources in addiction counseling, case management, job development, and multiple other sources designed to assist the resident to maintain sobriety and self -sufficiency.
