Responsibilities: prepare food according to customer specifications and within a set time frame. Keep their grills clean and well-maintained after each shift. They may use flat griddles, gas or electric boilers, or flame-heated grills. Grill cooks let the wait staff know when orders are ready. Carhops should provide excellent customer service throughout a guest's meal, including promptly responding to requests. Clean and maintain the dining area, parking lot, and trays from customers' cars. Basic lawn care: moving, weed eating, cleaning pools, rake grass/leaves.
