Order and receive material and check for accuracy in delivery tickets and invoices. Notify vendors and owner of issues with delivery or availability of materials and forward all invoices and credit memos to the home office for processing.
Troubleshoot problems with plumbing, mechanical and electrical systems to determine if additional work is required for proper operation, or if the design should be improved to prevent problems with future systems.
Communicate with new residents with regard to QC issues as well as basic operation of life safety warning devices, appliances and systems.
Respond to various situations that develop as an owner representative, a superintendent, a project manager, a carpenter, a laborer, or whatever is needed to either complete a task, or access what needs to be done to move forward.
