Position: Resident Engineer
Project:
General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers Building Project is in Green Zone, Baghdad, Republic of Iraq. The project includes 16 stories 2 tower buildings with 75.5 m height enclosed with 4 stories podium and Ancillary Buildings with several functions. The total construction area is approximately 178,000 sqm.
Duties:
• Conduct regular progress meetings with the contractor and appropriate personnel and report on any issues, as necessary.
• Regularly review and approve contract submittals and payment applications to contractors.
• Monitor progress against accepted construction schedule and review the Contractor’s progress reports. Assess the progress and inform the client in case of delay.
• Maintain accurate records and reports related to the project.
