• Managed a team of six direct report, QA Engineers consisting of contractors and one FTE spanning three countries and three contract agencies.
• Wrote performance plans and reviews. Promoted the FTE to Engineer II.
• Ensured that QA Team members received recognition for the work done. Previously QA was often thought of as a roadblock instead of the final gatekeepers before customers received the product.

Script is used by Field, Storage and Platform. The script is now a feature of the FW releases.

• Teamed up with sales and support to verify that steps in customer Proof of Concepts are tested before deployment.
• Built infrastructure for testing using VMWare ESX and Fusion, Hyper-V, VirtualBox, and physical hardware, including multiple NexentaStor servers, Windows and Linux clients, Windows and Linux servers and Windows Active Directory Domain Controllers..
• Utilized Load Dynamix TDE and Enterprise, both physical and virtual (VMWare), to test NexentaStor functionality and provide heavy loads for testing.
• Interfaced between partner test organization and Nexenta. Explored load/performance characteristics to help partners understand how to most effectively utilize NexentaStor.
• Developed scripts to put variable SMB and NFS loads on NexentaStor servers to supplement work with LDX and smbtorture.
