Prepared Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for the project
Executed grouting work for ground improvement of 5.8 meters (UG-02) using chemical & cement-based grouting as per Work Method Statement, Technical specifications, and drawings
Managed 40+ tons of chemical-based cement grout, 10+ tons of Acryl Gel grout, and 10+ tons of PU 2k grout
Conducted grouting at CP area to control water ingress for safe excavation/opening

Project Name: “Shree Mandir Parikrama Project Puri – Repairing, Renovation, Reconstruction and Beautification of Mathas.
Client: TATA Projects, SM Consultants and OBCC.
• Strengthening and repairing old (around 500 years) Mathas (Temples) structures such as damp affected undulated damaged floor slabs, laterite-khandalite-brick masonry walls and columns, corrosion damaged RCC structures, any settlement or structural cracks, roof treatments and waterproofing by applying different repairing methods for different structural members such as pointing with PMC/PMM, Epoxy resin injection, polymer-based cement grouting, anti-corrosive treatment etc.
• Coordinating with TPL, SM Consultants, OBCC executing managers, QA/QC team and site engineers to keep the work program on track in accordance with the planning, as per the method statement (MS), and approved drawings in order to meet the targets while maintaining quality control.
• Obtaining clearance (RFIC) and Joint Measurements Report (JMR) of work, for billing as per the BOQ.
• Managed site activities according to plan by controlling 1 Assisting Jr. Engineer, 5 Supervisors and around 100 workers.

• Execution of complete grouting work for the ground improvement of the balance 9m * 10m area inside Bowbazar shaft
(UG-02) by chemical & cement-based grouting, as per Work Method Statement, Technical specification & drawings.
• Responsible for 74 Tons of chemical-based cement grout, 4.1 Tons of Acryl Gel grout, 0.5 Tons of PU 1k grout and 7 Tons of PU 2k grout.
• Grouting at the CP area to control water ingress and excavate/open it safely.
• Managed stock of grouting materials and other components to reduce wastage as well as keep the work in progress.
• Prepare an AutoCAD drawing plan for inserting grouting holes inside the shaft and a few tunnel segments with the assistance of the contractor team as per the method statement.
• Supervise 18 helpers for grouting work.
• Reporting daily progress reports & activities.
